Here is the CMT Uptime check phrase

Participating is simple!

1. If your household was scientifically selected to participate, you will receive a study invitation with a $2 token of appreciation and a link to complete the survey. We will also send reminders in case you missed our invitation.
2. The brief online survey should be completed by a household member who is at least 18 years of age or older, and who has at least some knowledge about the household finances. The survey can be completed on a computer, tablet or smartphone.
3. To complete the survey, simply go to the website listed on the invitation and enter your Unique ID or scan the QR code.
4. Once the survey is completed, we will ask for your name to mail you a $30 check in thanks for your participation.

That’s it!

We are grateful to all of our study participants!

How was my address selected?

The University of Michigan Survey Research Center uses scientific sampling methods to select a small group of households which represent people across the country. Your address was randomly selected as part of this process.

What information are you interested in?

Our web survey asks questions about how you (or others in your family) manage your finances and use current and emerging investment options, about the attitudes and opinions you may have about the investment risks, and about your confidence in different institutions involved in financial and investment regulation.

Do I have to participate?

Your participation is voluntary and all responses will be strictly confidential, separated from identifying information, and saved in a secure location. The information collected will be combined with others in the study and only used for research purposes.
